An update on my preparations:
During our introductory meeting, Professor Felluga advised us to purchase an adapter so that we could charge our various electronics while in Venice. While relaying this information to my parents to ask for advice about where to make the purchase, I made sure to include the fact that not all Europe adapters would work in Venice. Low and behold the adapter my dad sends to me a week later is in fact one that will work in Europe but not in Venice. I still love you daddy! Working on fixing the mix up now. All I can say is a silly mistake was bound to happen at some point.

Let the Countdown Begin!
Just finished watching The Tourist with my roommate and couldn't be more excited to travel to Venice over spring break. Venice has always been one of my dream destinations and I can still hardly believe I have this amazing opportunity to Study Abroad through the Honors College. Through this program not only will I be able to see all the sights Venice has to offer, but I will also learn about the historical and cultural significance behind them.
